What it does
It deleted whole categories of email that were not worth keeping and validated them in batches, labelled the rest by the type of work they belong to, then walked through the messages that needed a reply while searching for context in the background.
Why it is worth it
A big backlog gets cleared by working through categories, not messages. The agent finds the context for each reply too.
